conventional pipe threading lathe which with swing over bed 630 mm, spindle bore 225 mm, the distance between centers 3000 mm and max. load weight 3 ton. This lathe Q1222 is equipped with 2-axis DRO, Schneider electric components, and steady rest.
The lathe Q1222 has been tested to meet national standards. The hardness of this lathe Q1222 is up to 57HRC. The bed of the latheQ1222 is made of HT300 high strength cast iron and treated by twice aging treatment, so the precision is good and durable. We change the lead screw from metric lead screw to inches lead screw according to the requirements of the Colombia customer. The taper attachment is installed on the lathe Q1222.
We have taken the video and photo of the lathe Q1222 inspection and sent them to the Colombia customer. This lathe Q1222 has a one full year overseas warranty and all of our lathe have one full year overseas warranty.
