3 sets of FCL40 Automatic CNC lathes were shipped to Mexico on July 2, 2021.



FCL40 automatic CNC lathe is a kind of CNC lathe with automatic feeding mechanism. These 3 automatic CNC lathes are customized according to customer’s workpieces.

After programming and charging workpiece blanks into vibration bowl, the whole process, including sorting, feeding into slide way, fetching by pneumatic claw, feeding into collet chuck, clamping, turning, releasing and discharging, is fully automatic. Due to its high automatic degree and high efficiency, 20-25 sets of FCL40 automatic CNC lathes can be operated by single operator.


FCL40 automatic CNC lathe is equipped with GSK 3.7 kW spindle motor with 1024 p/r encoder, the spindle can be indexed and located at will, easy for collet chuck to clamp some irregularly shaped workpieces under automatic mode. This CNC lathe is equipped with GSK980Tb3i CNC system , with corresponding GSK X/Z axis servo motors. Hydraulic collet chuck is adopted to prevent possible unreliable clamping of pneumatic collet chuck caused by unstable compress air pressure.
