On October 22, 2021, fire sprinkler production line produced by our company was shipped to Russia. This production line is designed and customized according to customer’s fire sprinkler drawings and productivity. All the toolings for this production line are fully tested.
The whole fire sprinkler production process consists of brass bar heating, forging, heat treatment, shot blasting, polishing, machining by FCL40 automatic
CNC lathes, assembling by BLQ30S glass bulb assembling machine and CY10 pressure testing machine.
Not only all the machines and tools, but also all the design drawings of tools are provided to customer together with this production line. In this way, after customer setups the production line, they can produce fire sprinkler immediately.
