On February 27, 2022, we shipped one set of VTL900 vertical
CNC lathe and one set of CK6136 horizontal
CNC lathe to Turkey. Turkish customer mainly uses these lathes to process various agricultural machinery.
VTL900 vertical CNC lathe is equipped with GSK980TDi system, hydraulic 8-station turret, automatic chip conveyor, and HIWIN linear guideway. We have carried out basic processing tests, strict precision inspection and laser interferometer inspection before this vertical CNC lathe leaving the factory to ensure lathe's long-term use in Turkey.
CK6136/750 horizontal CNC lathe is equipped with GSK928TEa CNC system, hydraulic chuck, horizontal 6-station turret and chip conveyor. This lathe is suitable to process all kinds of small and middle-sized shaft and plate workpiece, and it could also be used to turn various threads, circle arc, circle cone, inside and outside surface of revolved body; this lathe is widely used in the fields of sanitary , electrical appliance, instrument, automobile, motor cycle, bearing and so on.
