High rigidity casting
Bed, base, support and headstock are all made of high rigidity castings. After twice aging treatment, internal stress is eliminated, stability and strength are greatly improved. The surface of the guideway has high rigidity and strong vibration resistance. The guideway surface is quenched by intermediate frequency quenching device and precision ground. So the precision is durable.

Independent spindle
High speed range, simple structure, low noise and high precision.

Clamping device
Small conventional lathe are installed with 3-jaw self-centering chuck.

Toolpost
Fast tool change speed, appropriate for small workpiece cutting and easy for maintenance.

Tailstock
Manual tailstock for long workpiece cutting.

Features
● Our lathe bed is made of high strength cast iron, and treated by long time aging treatment, so the precision is good and durable.

● Spindle bore diameter φ52/φ80/φ104 mm.

● There are oblique chip outlets in our lathe bed, easy for chip removing.

● Our lathe guide is quenched by induction quenching device, hardened layer thickness is 2-3mm, hardness is 52 HRC.

● DRO, quick change toolpost, grinding attachment, milling power head, rotary tailstock, motorized tailstock are for option.
