CW6163B/1500 Conventional lathe was sent to Russia

We have completed a set of conventional lathe CW6163B/1500 for the Russian client this month, with swing over bed 630 mm, the distance between centers 1500 mm and max. load weight 1.5 ton. According to the customer’s request, this lathe is equipped with 2-axis DRO, SIEMENS contactor and follow rest.

The inspection video and picture of the conventional lathe CW6163B/1500 was provided to the Russian customer before delivery. Our Russian customer was very pleased with our production capability and quality after online inspection.

This lathe bed is made of HT300 high strength cast iron and treated by twice aging treatment, so the precision is good and durable. We have Germany made high precision lathe guide grinding machine to ensure the guide precision. In addition to DRO, grinding attachment, milling power head, rotary tailstock, motorized tailstock and tailstock chuck are optional.
