High rigidity casting
Bed, base, support and headstock are all made of high rigidity castings. After twice aging treatment, internal stress is eliminated, stability and strength are greatly improved. The surface of the guideway has high rigidity and strong vibration resistance. The guideway surface is quenched by intermediate frequency quenching device and precision ground. So the precision is durable.

CK0640 and CK0660 mini CNC lathe are installed with spring collet, pneuamtic cylinder is used to control clamping and loosening actions.
